API migration guide I drafted this online guide to help enterprise-level customers migrate from the initial versions of the Wowza Streaming Cloud REST API to version 1.3. The guide became a template for later version migration content. 
Build plugins guide I worked on multiple updates to this documentation, adding information on file-based installation, automatic installation, and managing plugin versions. 
Technical writer career matrix I iterated on a previous career ladder to provide a smooth and comprehensive path for individual contributor growth over time. 
ExtendScripts guide I developed this content for a newly launched ExtendScript integration with Dataclay's Templater video production automation software.

Safety interlock concept I edited this safety-related conceptual content for the release of a new hardware device. 
Security overview I created this content to address a gap in the documentation set. Although there were a number of existing security articles, this overview provided new high-level context. During the process of developing this content, I authored a number of new security articles to ensure that existing features were adequately documented. 
WebRTC article I wrote this article to teach Wowza Streaming Engine™ media server software users how to ingest a non-WebRTC source stream and play it back with WebRTC. 
Account management I worked on this content for the launch of a new UI for the GoTransverse billing platform.
